About Me
I'm a former Division I tennis player who competed at the highest collegiate level for Gonzaga University. My passion for tennis began at the young age of 6, and I've dedicated myself to the sport ever since. During my time at Gonzaga, I reached the pinnacle of collegiate tennis, playing in the #1 position for both singles and doubles. This experience not only showcased my skills and dedication but also shaped me as an athlete and individual. My journey in tennis has been a significant part of my life, spanning from childhood through my college years and beyond.
Teaching Style
Each student is unique, so my teaching style shifts for each player. However, I often focus on the Practice style of teaching, where I will explain & demonstrate a skill, allow the player to practice the skill while observing, provide feedback based on what I have observed. This helps to refine a player's skills and allows for ample amount of practice time. It is important to reiterate that each student is an individual and requires a different style of teaching and lesson structure.
