About Me

Hey! I’m Kristina, and I’m here to help you reach your tennis goals, whether you’re just getting started or looking to improve your game. By day, I work as a macro-level social worker, and in my free time, I’m a huge tennis fan – I love both playing and watching the game. I bring a mix of experience as both a player and coach to every lesson, and I aim to keep things fun, focused, and motivating.

I’ve had the chance to coach as a Varsity and Junior Varsity Girls Assistant Tennis Coach at Watertown High School (Massachusetts), and I’ve also been worked as a private instructor in Boston throughout the 2024 season. I played doubles on my high school team, and I’ve competed in USTA leagues from 2021 to 2023, so I’ve seen the game from a lot of different angles. After attending an educational coaching workshop with USTA in 2024, I'm in the process of working towards accreditation with the PTR (Professional Tennis Registry).

When we hit the court, I’ll have you covered with great equipment, like the Silent Partner Edge Star Ball Machine, 70+ balls, and plenty of drill cones. I’m here to help you get better, gain confidence, and enjoy the game even more. Let’s get started!

Teaching Style

I teach lessons that are fun, technical, and personalized for where you are at and where you want to go on and off the court. While each session is specific to your goals and needs, it is always rooted in promoting respect, grit, and growth! Whether it's learning the fundamentals of hitting, improving your ball placement + shot selection strategy, or working on your emotional game, I will teach you everything I have learned since I picked up a racket in 2011.
