About Me
Hi, my name is Khoa. When I was 9-years-old my parents hired a private tennis coach to train me and it has been my favorite sport ever since. I played varsity tennis in high school and when swimming or water polo wasn't in season, I lived on the tennis courts. From 2 pm until 9 pm every day after school, I helped my coach teach his students and in turn, I get free lessons from him. After 3 years, I decided to work on my own and coached private lessons with 7-12 students every week. Beside individual training, I was an assistant coach for a high school in Glendale, CA for 4 years (Boys & Girls JV) and 5 youth summer camps.
I work full time for a non-profit who work with orphanages in Mexico and Uganda. Tennis isn't a job for me, it is a joy. Thank you for the opportunity to work with your child.
Teaching Style
My experience is working with new/intermediate players from 7-18 years old.
