About Me
Hi, my name is Kamilla and I am a local Watauga tennis coach with over 4 years of teaching experience. I have been playing tennis for over 16 years and competed at a national level in Russia for 6 years before I came over to the United States to play Division I Tennis at University of North Texas. I was ranked #116 in College Career in singles. I earned USA-Conference Academic Awards and ITA Scholar Athlete Awards for 3 years in a row (2014-2016). I love sharing my tennis knowledge with my students and help them improve their game. I coach beginner, intermediate and advanced level players from kids to adults.
Teaching Style
I emphasize on the most important basic components of the game first, then I add the specific element to the student's game. My lesson starts with a warm-up part, then working on a certain elements of the game (for each player individually), and in the end cool-down.
