About Me
Hi my name is Justin Stoner.
It my goal to spread the game of tennis, and show people why it’s such a fun sport to play. In my experience, most give up tennis because they don’t know how to play or have no one to play with.
Unlike many coaches, I did not play tennis in college, I played football. I was a varsity player tennis player my freshman year in high school. The reason why I am effective coach because I know what it takes to be a successful athlete. Good coaches must be knowledgeable, which I am, but also positive and inspiring which is a goal of mine.
I am also college graduate and law school graduate, I know what is like to balance life, academics, and athletics.
Tennis is a hard sport to become good at but my focus as a coach will be the fundamentals, understanding of percentages, and competitive spirit. I am confident that if you good at those three things you have a great foundation to build your game, and I can help you get there.
Teaching Style
I emphasize fundamentals, strategy, and general strength and conditioning.
