About Me
With over 40 years on the court and 22 years of high school coaching experience in Fort Bend ISD and Katy ISD, I bring a deep passion for tennis and a proven track record of player development to every lesson.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of guiding young athletes at every stage of their journey. I specialize in working with players aged 7 to 18, helping them build strong technical fundamentals, strategic court awareness, and the mental toughness needed for competitive play.
My Coaching Philosophy
Tennis is a sport for a lifetime. Whether your child is picked up a racquet for the very first time at age 7 or aiming for a varsity spot in high school, my goal is to create a positive, high-energy environment where players build confidence, discipline, and a genuine love for the game.
What We Work On:
Juniors (Ages 7–11): Fun, fundamental-focused drills building footwork, hand-eye coordination, solid stroke mechanics, and basic rally skills.
Middle & High School (Ages 12–18): Advanced stroke production, match strategy, court positioning, tournament prep, and physical conditioning.
