About Me
I've been playing tennis for over 13 years, starting as a junior and continuing through college where I played on the club team. I've also been teaching tennis for the past 6 years across a mix of settings, parks and rec programs, country clubs, and indoor tennis centers. Over the years, I’ve really focused on helping junior players improve their game, including building solid fundamentals and getting them ready for the next level. I enjoy making the sport fun and competitive, and I always aim to meet players where they’re at and help them grow from there.
Teaching Style
I structure my lessons to start with live play, getting players moving and engaged right away. From there, we focus on specific techniques using dead-ball and hitting drills, then apply those skills in live and match play situations. My coaching emphasizes both the technical and strategic sides of the game, with a focus on stroke development, rally consistency, and singles and doubles strategy.
