About Me

Hello there! My name is Joel or Coach J! I have coached from just under 10 years now. I played 4 years of college tennis at a D2 NAIA school in Illinois. I have experience coaching at the junior, high school, and collegiate level of tennis. But when it comes down to it, I love the sport and and greatly enjoy helping people improve their game. I have worked at a program here in Milwaukee called Milwaukee Tennis Education Foundation (MTEF) for 9 years.

Teaching Style

Ideally the first few lessons I am on the same side of the court working on stroke production. The three components of stroke production are: Grip, Body, and Swing. One struggling causes the other to cope or struggle as well. I have no doubt that I can help you with any issue your having with your strokes.
