About Me
I’ve been passionate about tennis for over 20 years. It’s not just a sport to me, but my favorite way to lose myself in the moment and find flow. I coach with a deep belief in the power of intuition and inner learning, guiding players not just to hit better balls — but to discover their own rhythm, confidence, creativity, and joy on court. My goal is to help players of all levels unlock a love for the game that lasts a lifetime, while growing mentally as well as physically.
Teaching Style
- I draw heavily on the principles of the The Inner Game of Tennis — emphasizing relaxed concentration, trust in the body’s natural ability, and quieting the over-analytical mind so skill can emerge naturally.
- In lessons I minimize over-coaching — rather than giving constant technical instructions, I create simple cues, encourage self-awareness, and let the student explore movement, timing and feel for themselves.
- I focus as much on mental and emotional development (confidence, creativity, joy, presence) as on technique or tactics, because I believe tennis is at its richest when it becomes a source of flow and inner growth.
- I tailor each session to the student’s personality and needs — whether they’re a beginner seeking comfort with the basics or an advanced player wanting to unlock new potential.
- My approach aims to help players build long-term love for the game, resilience under pressure, and freedom to express themselves — on and off court.
