About Me

My name is Fred, I am a certified Professional within the Professional Tennis Registry organization (PTR), and have extensive teaching experience which includes being Pro of the Year in 2008 for Pennsylvania, New Jersey & Delaware. My family has been teaching in the Bucks County area for over 40 years. I have played local, National and World tournaments. I hope to help you enjoy the game that has given me a lifetime of memories. My Playing Career includes: #2 MSTA Men’s Open , #2 USTA National Father & Son, #655 ATP World Pro Tour Singles , #296 ATP World Pro Tour Doubles, #35 NCAA College Singles, #4 USTA Men’s Amateurs Singles, #1 USTA Men’s Amateurs Doubles, #98 ITF World Junior Singles, #26 USTA Boys 18’s Singles, #1 MSTA Boys 16's & 18’s Singles, and Played in Junior US Open.

Teaching Style

Fundamentals & progression through specific steps are the foundation of my philosophy. You will be using the 5 tactical priorities system, 1-Consistency, 2-Direction, 3-Depth, 4-Spin and 5-Power. Lessons today may place too much emphasis on power & spin, creating a style of tennis that collapses during match play. This strategy is based on 3 Perrin generations of teaching tennis & over 45 years of Fred’s experience playing & coaching.
