About Me

Hi, my name is Flor. I have been playing tennis my whole life, I grew up with a rigorous tennis schedule and played nationally in Peru. My family and I moved to the United States where I met my husband and had 2 kids one in dental school and the other pursuing physical therapy. We retired and came to Fort Lauderdale, I spend most of my day’s playing pickleball or tennis!

Teaching Style

My teaching style is different for every individual. I teach techniques on how to properly hold the racquet, how to hit the ball and how to get the ball over the net well. I like to rally and make sure to take time to fix any weaknesses. I also go over different forms of hitting the ball such as one handed or double handed on your non- dominant side, overhead and volley, etc. I also make sure you know all the rules of the game of course!
