About Me

My name is Elisabeth Spendel. I am a junior at Blacksburg High School and played as a top player on the varsity team. I moved to the US from Poland several years ago and would love to share my passion for tennis with young children while improving their performance on court.

Teaching Style

As the lesson begins, I usually start with a warmup. This would include a little running and stretching. With beginners, I would then start to practice groundstrokes and volleys. As the player becomes more advanced, I emphasize placement and serving.
