About Me
I am a passionate and highly recommended coach from Chicago with over 4 years of teaching experience with adults of all ages and levels. While I attended DePaul University to pursue classical music performance over tennis in 2010, my heart never left the sport and I jumped on the opportunity to get back in the game in 2021 coaching at Tennis on the Lake in Chicago. I became the top coach at Tennis on the Lake through my ability to communicate and give feedback to all students, and that ended up creating an incredible community of people who ended up taking lessons with me for over 3 years consistently.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is high-energy and pace, creating a super positive environment for learning, and emphasizing a specific skill or tactic for each drill that is catered to the the players ability level. I’ve been praised for giving constant feedback, keeping a high pace where the students not only learning but getting a workout as well, and making sure they leave hungry for more tennis. I structure my lessons with a dynamic body warmup to prevent injuries, a light racket warmup, skill development, and then game play.
