Teaching Style
I emphasize an all-around game incorporating serve variety and net play with the usual baseline game of modern tennis. A typical lesson would start with warm up drills for each stroke and then transition to drills tailored to the request of the student as to what they wish to work on. At the end of the lesson match play is incorporated, either with me or other students in a group setting. For the younger children I would incorporate more fun games and make sure they finish the lesson loving the game and wanting to play again.
