About Me

Hi, my name is Danez and I'm a tennis islander from Puerto Rico coaching in Virginia. I've been playing this sport we love for over half my life, called tennis. I've played hundreds of USTA Junior Tournaments and multiple Junior ITF Tournaments worldwide, was also lucky to move over to Kentucky for university tennis. Over recent years, I have diverted my energy to my studies and have constructed to more of keeping tennis to my side by coaching. Coaching part-time while playing was always a great fulfillment and allowed the growth of my abilities and understanding of tennis, to be given to others and also be the best they can be on the court.

Teaching Style

I very much try to attain the diversity of how the player moves and what footwork can be maneuvered in a better way. There are a few parts that one must learn within tennis and once it's understood one will be able to improve dramatically when they emphasize them.
