I am a lifelong tennis player, USTA captain, NASM certified personal trainer, and certified flexologist in Melbourne, FL. My passion is to help anyone achieve their goals in fitness, sports, and wellness. I train players for sports performance both on the court and in the gym. Whatever your goals might be - playing better tennis, improving your conditioning, or just finding someone experienced to hit with - I can help you!

Teaching Style

I show tennis players how to properly warmup/cooldown for their sport. We drill on all the common shots, work on footwork and strategy, and finish with live points.
