My name is Chelsey. I'm a student athlete at CSULA right now. I've been coaching for eight years and have been playing tennis for more than 13 years. I came from a long line of excellent coaches who were able to guide me when I was playing. Division 1 head coaches for USC, TCU, Drake, and Ohio State were three of my former instructors. I come from a long history of athletes, and my dad was a division one All-American wrestler. My mother was a runner, and when I was younger, I participated in most sports. In high school, I won my league all four years and was named the female athlete of the year by the local newspaper and school. When I was in college, I was the Pacwest Conference's Athlete of the Week and placed 12th in the west area for Division ll. I understand the competitive lifestyle as I competed in junior tournaments all over California and being able to play collegiate tennis.

am a strategic player and can help teach you to break down the game and your opponent.  I like it when my clients practice hard but also take pleasure in every moment of it. I start off with basic warm ups of footwork and short game tennis, to breaking down your form and having the correct form.
