About Me

I've been playing tennis for seven years and coaching for four of those years. I've played for the West High School varsity team for all 4 years and want to continue playing in college. I love coaching and have coached at Liberty Park and Wasatch Hills for the past 4 years but my favorite part is simply meeting new people and helping them along their tennis journey.

Teaching Style

While a private lesson can't tackle every aspect of tennis my goal as a coach is to build fundamentals that can be used in regular play. One of the biggest things I want to emphasize is why we do certain things to show the importance of technique and allow you to recognize and correct mistakes. Most of my lessons will start with some basic rallying and eventually evolve into pinpointing something I notice about your play and offering my take on how we can improve.
