About Me
Hi, my name is Alan. Growing up I competed in a wide array of sports. I have always believed the effort you put in; is the result you get out. I truly believe in life you need to give back the gift that was given, which is why I coach Maintaining a sense of humor in life goes a long way. In my 12 years as a NJCAA Coach, I had instilled in my players, the 3 C's= Control, Consistency, and Composure. If you lose one, you have lost them all. This also is a necessity, which applies in life.
Teaching Style
MY teaching methods, depend on the students' objectives, and their level of play. Throughout my career I have directed, and taught Pee Wee and Junior programs. Coached Ranked Juniors, one went on to obtain a World ranking., on the Womens Circuit. I have Coached Collegeiate,Davis Cup, players from diverse backgrounds, from all over the world. My success is a simple one.in order to motivate, you need to demonstrate your passion for the student, and show you truly care, about them, not only as a player, but more importantly as a person. I have been blessed with achieving," Two National Titles," and over a dozen individual National Champs to show for it.
