About Me

Hello! My name is Coach Miller! I’m currently a college student at CSUF, and tennis is one of my passions that I love to teach to those who want to love the sport as much as I do. I was apart of a Division 1, 4 years undefeated varsity tennis team in high school. I rose from number 8 on the ladder to playing the number 1 spot by my senior year. Since then I’ve always continued in my love for tennis. I have experience coaching anywhere from ages 6-18 years old. I have coached many youth tennis camps, teaching students the basics and more advanced tennis. The important thing is to have fun and that’s what I really want everyone to experience when playing tennis!

Teaching Style

I specialize in teaching core tennis form and consistency practices. In tennis it can be frustrating when you keep making the same mistakes over and over. So I emphasize core fundamentals so that you can correct yourself and experiment with different techniques. I structure my lessons around drills and lots of hitting balls. The best way to learn is to keep practicing your stroke.
