Greensboro, though it has no major sports team or college sports teams, is sneaky great sports town. Did you know that the ACC headquarters are based in Greensboro? Or that the Greensboro Coliseum Complex has hosted the men’s basketball ACC tournament 23 times and the Final Four four times? Or how about that it is home to the Greensboro Grasshoppers, the single A affiliate of the Miami Marlins, a team which the great Derek Jeter once played for? No, we didn’t know about the last fact either. Luckily for you we are not only diligent in unearthing random Greensboro sports facts but also in providing you with the best tennis lessons in Greensboro, NC.

Greensboro, the third largest city in north Carolina, is a great place to take tennis lessons. With it beautiful climate and more than 1,200 tennis courts found in Greensboro and Winston-Salem it is safe to say that tennis is quite popular among the locals. Speaking of Winston-Salem, the second city in the Piedmont Triad, it is home to the tennis tournament right before the US Open, The Winston-Salem Open. The winner of this years event was John Isner who just so happens to be a North Carolina native. Maybe more importantly (because we love random trivia) it just so happened to the second to last tournament in the illustrious career of Andy Roddick.

Testimonials

Thank you for this opportunity to RAVE about Jerry. His instruction has improved my game on so many levels: more decisive forehands, more aggressive backhands, more positive results after approaching the net - these are just a few things I've noticed about my game thanks to Jerry. I've been playing more and everyone I hit with (people I've be...

Sean is an experienced tennis player with excellent form and ability to teach. I walk away from each lesson with better skills, improved form & a few solid concepts to work on (either for the next class or when I'm playing on my own). Something that's very important for an instructor to exhibit is a competence to explain movements/strategies/pla...
