Connecticut, CT Tennis

Connecticut always seems to get lost between Massachusetts and New York, especially when it comes to sports. With no major sports city (Bring back the Whalers!) the people of Connecticut are often divided on their sports loyalty. Do I root for big city NY teams like the Yankees or Giants, or should I support the gritty Boston squads like the Patriots or Bruins? Luckily you don’t have to choose when it comes to tennis, because when it comes to selecting the best lesson there is no other choice but MyTennisLessons. Whether you live in Fairfield County right outside NYC, or near the state capital Hartford, we are confident of setting you up with a tennis coach in Connecticut who suits your specific tennis needs. Though Connecticut may not have any professional sport teams to call their own, MyTennisLessons and the people of Connecticut can look to the UConn Huskies as a model of excellence. The 2011 men’s basketball team’s NCAA Championship win was just another example of the winning tradition UConn has instilled. The UConn women’s basketball team has fielded arguably some of the best teams ever assembled, amassing 90 straight wins over the course of three years. Yeah sure, the academics are pretty good too, but we aren’t looking to take business classes. MyTennisLessons is looking to emulate the consistency exhibited by all the Huskies’ sports teams (yes, even the tennis team!). We know as well as any how passionate UConn fans are about their University, and we hope to gain just as many fans as we offer top tennis instruction in Connecticut. So whether you root for the Knicks or the Celts, remember, the MyTennisLessons team is the only one worth rooting for when it comes to tennis lessons. Follow @MyTennisLessons

Testimonials

Sofia is very experienced, encouraging, and fun to work with! I recommend her to anyone who is learning for the first time or simply wants to improve their game. I enjoyed learning tennis with her as a beginner. She is extremely patient and employs effective pedagogical skills to help you really lock down the proper form from the get go.

Grace Cho

Matthew is a wonderful teacher. My son enjoys his lessons and feels personally connected to Matthew. I have been especially impressed with Matthew's commitment to arriving early to our local tennis court in order to insure access. I highly recommend him.

Gail Coleman

I had my last lesson with Jason today...which was wonderful as usual. He really has a great way of working in not only technical aspects of the game (my grip, timing...) but also strategic aspects...such as how to gauge an opponent's next shot. As a result if the lessons, I have been able to start playing again with strangers.
