Hi, my name Megan. I have played tennis since I was 5 years old. I went to Trenton High School in Michigan and I played 3 singles my freshman year, 2 singles my sophomore year and 1 singles my junior and senior year. I was the league champion all four years, regional champ 3 years and I attended the state tournament 3 years as well. I was the team captain for 2 years. After high school, I went to Alma College and I played 1 singles and 1 doubles on the tennis team all 4 years. I was the team captain for 2 years. I was picked for 2nd team all conference my freshman year and 1st team all conference my junior and senior year. I just moved to Charleston to attend grad school at MUSC. I am hoping I will be able to continue to coach tennis here since I love it so much!

Each lesson I teach I try to focus on a certain skill or new tennis strategy. I also make sure that the basic skills are worked on every lesson and this includes ground strokes, volleys and serves. I am a patient coach, and each lesson I make sure that the entire lesson time is used to improve someone's tennis skills!
