About Me
My name is Jerran. I have been an avid tennis player since I was 12-years-old. I played from 7th grade into high school. To keep my weight up for football, I had to stop competing for the school. However, I never stopped playing and practicing. I participated in intramural tennis in college and I won the tournament twice. I have a Master’s degree in Athletic Leadership and focus in Sport Psychology and my specialty is motivation and strength and balance training.
Teaching Style
I teach control, technique, and how to develop power in each stroke.
A session would go as follows:
-warm-up and stretch
-rallies
-discussion of the lesson for the day
-the actual lesson
-play a few games to implement the lesson
-cool down and stretch
