About Me
Hello, my name is Derek. I have a "recreational coach" license with the USPTA. I love the sport. I play the game 5 to 6 days per week. I watch tennis, study tennis, and attend pro tournaments. I can work with you on any aspect of your game whether it be match strategy, tweaking a particular stroke, footwork, etc. I am proficient in all tennis strokes and would love to help you with some aspect of your game. You would see surprised with how improving one small thing will improve your game exponentially.
Teaching Style
My teaching style includes teaching, shadowing, hitting, etc. basically whatever teaching style works best for the student. For instance, there are several steps associated with "serving". Some students want to learn all the steps at once, while other prefer that the steps be broken down over multiple lessons.

My son has been playing for awhile, but always room for improvement. And we will be happy to keep working with Derek.
