About Me

My name is Madeline Kratzert. I began playing tennis by doing clinics that were available at my school since I was in fourth grade. We had a little team that I was apart of. We would occasionally play the JV that was at our school. I have been playing tennis for 7 years. I am currently a junior at Ashley Ridge High School. I became apart of the junior varsity team at Pinewood preparatory when I was in 7th grade. In eigth grade I joined the varisty team until after my freshman year. During that time I was ranked number five for my eigth grade year and ranked number four for my freshman year. I then transferred to Ashley Ridge High School, which is a 4 AAAA school. My tenth grade year I was ranked number three on the team. This past season, I was ranked number two for the school, and my record was 15-2. I currently attend clinics that have kids ranging from 13 years old to 40 year olds. I have taken a variety of tennis lesson from many different coaches who have didderent styles and tricks. I have not coach many kids in tennis but I do have experience with kids and i know how to handle them. I was a camp counsler for a while and I would either have to focus on individual kids or i could handle a large group of kids.
