Depending on a level of a player the lesson can be structured different ways. The coach needs to work on: technical part, moving, physical, and mental. The drills have to be connected with the live ball game drills and match play. It is better to work on different strokes, technical, and moving parts in the mornings. Playing sets and matches better to do in the afternoon.
