As an experienced tennis coach and exercise physiologist with a strong educational background in exercise science and kinesiology from San Diego State University, I have successfully coached on an international stage, including with Iran’s national tennis team in the Davis Cup. My focus is on optimizing tennis performance through targeted training programs, advanced nutrition planning, and strategic injury prevention.
