About Me

Hi, my name is Peter. I have over 20 years of experience teaching all levels of tennis. I was an All-American @ South Carolina State University where I earned my BA in Professional English. For the past 20 years plus I have coached students to earn Div 1,2 & 3 scholarships. I have also trained and coached students who have played on the ATP Men's Tour. I am the Executive Director for Next Level Tennis And Education. All my students see daily improvements in their games because of the detailed information given to them in their lesson, that is easily disseminated for immediate use.

Teaching Style

I teach the all-around game that is based on a great serve. In a hour private lesson, we start with a 5 minute dynamic warmup, depending on the age and skill level of the student determines what we will do. We then start with the serve, volley and finally ground strokes.

Coach Pete is an incredible tennis coach. He not only teaches you how to hit the perfect volley, but teaches life lessons along the way. He is so experienced in his craft and loves each one of his students like they are his own.

Coach Peter has been very helpful in improving my daughter’s tennis ability. She has taken many lessons from him in the past year and a half. We are sure his training helped her make the varsity tennis team at her high school, as a freshman. While being very kind and caring about his students, he also challenges them to push to reach their potential. He s always prompt and calls to check on how his student is doing. Highly recommend.
