About Me
I am a dedicated tennis player with collegiate-level experience, currently playing for Queens College. My background includes high-level competition and a strong understanding of the game, both technically and strategically. After undergoing knee ligament surgery, I have firsthand experience in rehabilitation and injury prevention, which I incorporate into my coaching. My goal is to help players of all levels improve their technique, fitness, and mental approach to the game.
Teaching Style
I specialize in developing strong fundamentals, footwork, and match strategy. My lessons are structured with a warm-up, skill drills, live-ball exercises, and match play simulations. I emphasize consistency, mental toughness, and adaptability, tailoring my approach to each player's needs.
