About Me
Hi, my name is John. I'm passionate about tennis, as both a teacher and a player. I can relate to people who are very competitive, just like me, but I also understand that tennis is an awesome way to get in shape and feel great about yourself, so casual and recreational players are welcome too. I've been playing since before I was old enough to drive a car, and almost two decades later, I can help you earn your way into the big leagues.
Teaching Style
Everyone is different, and no two tennis players will ever play the same game. We will start by talking a great deal about your goals, current playing style and limitations and help you visualize your Ideal Tennis Self. The first lesson will mostly be a test of your current skills and an evaluation of your strengths and weaknesses, and we'll do a quick rundown of basic attire and proper equipment. We'll cover everything from personal fitness to injury prevention and proper nutrition to make sure you have every base covered by the time you hit your first serve. From there, we'll temper your mental and physical form to make you fearsome on the court.
