About Me
Hello! My name is Farhad Roshanaie. I’m a USPTA Professional Tester, helping/ training the coaches to become a certified professional or upgrade their certificates. I’m a USTA High Performance Coach working and traveling with some of the national ranked players across the US. I’m a developmental coach, one my junior players played in the US Open 2019, and I coached him in the championship. I coached NCAA D1 and D3 colleges. I am honored to be the recipient of two awards Coach of the Year in PNW by USPTA. I studied Biomedical Engineering in Germany and speak Farsi, German and English fluently.
Teaching Style
I'm interested in working with serious players, kids, juniors and adults. I take a lot of pleasure in working with my students given their potentials and enthusiasm for tennis. I use a medicine ball and agility drills to teach different footwork patterns, which helps them to reach wide balls and recover faster. I use video analysis comparing my students' strokes with pros, which facilitates correcting the techniques.
