Hi, my name is Edward. I love tennis, both playing and teaching. I've taught at some of the leading country clubs and facilities both in the USA and the UK. Having played college tennis at Duke, I captained the London School of Economics to the British Universities Championships. I am presently Director of Tennis at Sippican Tennis Club in Marion, Massachusetts in the summer months and help out at various clubs and facilities up and down the East Coast of Florida during the winter.

I structure a lesson within a plan for a few lessons. Always with a warmup of dynamic movement and eye-hand coordination drills, I usually move to one or two ideas in a lesson with either groundstrokes in one lesson or net play in a lesson. I usually work on serve and return with each lesson as well as that is such a major part of any match play. With group clinics, I look at strategies and court positioning. It's great to discuss strategies and feel for court coverage in both singles and doubles with any level of player who is a student of the game like me.
