Teaching Style
First I like to analyze the player's goals. What areas are they looking to improve. After an initial evaluation where I can analyze the strengths and weeknesses , we set up a plan on my thoughts on how to achieve their goals.
One hour lessons begin with a 10 minute warmup and stretch, followed by feeding drills to focus on technique, then we move on to more live ball rally drills and depending of the level and each player we incorporate points. To finish a lesson we usually focus on serve and returns.
