About Me
My name is Miruna and I have been playing tennis since I was 5 years old. Throughout my career, I had the honor of representing Romania at the European Junior Championships, an experience that shaped me both as an athlete and as a person. I am also proud to say that I was a three-time national champion, achievements that marked the beginning of my journey in this wonderful sport.
Unfortunately, an injury interrupted my path to greater achievements, but my passion for tennis made me persevere. I decided to continue my sports career in the United States, where I played for the University of Wisconsin and Arkansas. I then pursued a master's degree in Sport Management at Azusa Pacific University, where I won the PAC West Championship and finished as the number one doubles player with my partner. These achievements reflect my unwavering dedication and desire to achieve excellence regardless of the challenges I face.
In addition to my competitive achievements, I chose to share my knowledge and experience with others. Every time I return home, I dedicate my time to coaching children and adults at the club where I first started playing tennis. This is my way of giving back to the community and helping develop the next generation of tennis players.
I strongly believe that tennis is more than a sport - it's a passion that can shape our character, teach us discipline, and provide immense satisfaction. As a coach, I am committed to using my experience to help each player reach their full potential, whether they are beginners or advanced players.
If you are looking for a dedicated coach with experience in both national and international competitions and a genuine passion for the sport, I warmly invite you to train with me. Together, we can work to achieve your goals and discover the joy that this wonderful sport can bring.
Thanks and I look forward to working with you!
