About Me
My name is Anastasia, and I am offering tennis lessons for kids and adults.
Before I came to US, was ranked #1 in Russia. Graduated from the Division I, University of Tulsa, where I played #1 spot on the tennis team.
Finished with the most doubles wins in TU history, most combined wins in school history, and was also second in school history in career singles victories.
I have 7 years coaching experience working with adults and kids all skill levels, in US and in Russia, and 17 years tournament playing experience all over the world.
My sessions start with a warm up, followed by work on technique, footwork, consistency and game play, depending on the player's level. Some sessions end with running drills and working on footwork, depending on the age, and player's level.
